Once hired, our team helps ease the transition during those critical first three months by providing coaching to the employee if challenges arise. This service reduces early turnover and helps set both the employee and employer up for long-term success.

For employers seeking to build internal capacity and foster more inclusive teams, we offer a flexible range of paid services. These can be purchased individually, or contracted together to create a comprehensive package.
Employee Onboarding Support
We can provide hands-on support for new hires during their first month of employment with you, including having a support specialist attend onboarding sessions, facilitate conversations with managers, and explain necessary onboarding information.
Cross-Cultural Communication Training
We offer interactive sessions for supervisors, HR teams, and staff on how to work effectively across cultural and linguistic differences. These can be offered as one-time workshops or developed into multi-part series tailored to your organization.
